Excellent service. We have used Tripool to travel between cities in Taiwan. Every driver has been excellent and arrives exactly on time. As there is often limited English it takes the difficulty out of communicating the destination details and paying online prior to the trip is very convenient. Highly recommended

清境入住1晚, 由台中來回清境, 都是乘坐由 Tripool 安排的車子, 接送都準時, 去程司機早10分鐘到達, 回程時遇上道路阻塞, 遲15分鐘到達(可以接受), 車廂整潔, 沒有煙味, 車速保持穩定

My driver was on time, courteous, informative. I could have talked to him all day. And he got me to the airport on time and in one piece. Very much looking forward to using Tripool again.

Had a booking to Lavender cottage - taichung. Mountainous area with hardly any public transport. The driver was so helpful and chatty ( telling us about other places of interest not known to tourist, so definitely more “taiwanese” feels). Really efficient. No delay in pickups and had a lovely journey up to lavender cottage. Thank you tripool!

Tripool provides great service, vehicles in good-condition and the driver service was awesome and thoughtful. Driver went the extra mile on my last booking to confirm if I have safely arrived at my destination after drop-off. Definitely something I have not seen elsewhere 👍

친절하고 영어로 예약 상담이 빨리빨리 가능하다. 크리스마스 날에도 늦게까지 상담을 해주셨고 친절했다. 단지, 여행 전날 현지 시간으로 밤 9시에 배차 정보를 보내는 것이 일정을 미리 짜는 사람 입장에서는 아쉬웠고 운전기사는 영어가 되지 않았고 아리산에 안개가 낀 날 계속해서 추월하며 가서 동승자가 너무 무서워해서 말도 통하지 않아 힘들었다. 그래도 무사히 저렴하게 목적지까지 편하게 잘 도착해서 또 이용할 생각이다. 확실히 택시비보다 저렴하고 일반 투어보다 샌딩. 픽업 서비스 개념이라 여럿이 자유여행하는 사람들은 애용해도 좋을 듯.
